Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP)
G-TEP is designed to process trauma in a safe and supportive manner. GTEP utilises individual worksheets which allow individuals to work through distressing experiences without needing to share personal details with the group.
Developed by Elan Shapiro, G-TEP was initially created for early trauma intervention but is now widely used to process both recent and past distressing experiences.

EMDR Integrative Group Treatment Protocol-Ongoing Traumatic Stress (EMDR IGTP-OTS
EMDR-IGTP-OTS is specifically designed for individuals experiencing continuous trauma or chronic stress—where the nervous system has not had, or may never have, the opportunity to process and integrate distressing events.
Drawing on principles of art therapy, it provides a safe, supportive, and guided group setting where participants can privately work through distressing experiences without verbal disclosure.

Four Blinks Version of FLASH
The Four Blinks Version of Flash is designed to help individuals process distressing memories with minimal discomfort. This approach uses brief memory activation, containment, and calm scene exposure combined with structured eye blinks to facilitate trauma reprocessing. Participants spend most of their time focusing on a pleasant or neutral scene, allowing their nervous system to process distressing material outside of direct awareness.

Resource Therapy
Resource Therapy (also known as Advanced Ego States), is an attachment-informed parts therapy based on the understanding that the mind consists of multiple internal parts, called Resources. Each part has its own thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, developing naturally in response to life experiences.
In The Free EMDR Project, RT groups are focused on strengthening internal strengths and resources rather than specific trauma processing.
